If you think there is an error or problem with your transaction:

  • Call us at 1-888-534-8441
  • Write us at 426 N. Main St., Elkhart, IN 46516.
    Attention to: Customer Service
  • Email our Customer Service Department. Visit our website and
    select contact us.

Remember, you must contact us within 180 days from the date you were promised that the funds would
be available to your beneficiary (recipient). When you contact us, please have the following information

  • Full name, address and/or telephone number with which you are registered to make
    transactions.The error or problem with your transaction, and explain why you think there is an error or problem.
  • The name of your beneficiary (recipient) and if possible, the beneficiary’s phone number and/or address.
  • The amount of your transaction.
  • The order number which is located on the right hand side corner.

Once the situation has been reported, Intercambio’s customer service representatives will determine if
an error occurred within 90 days after you contacted us. If an error was identified, the customer service
representative will proceed with the correction. The results of your report will be available in three
business days after completing our investigation. If we do not find evidence of an error, we will call to let
you know. A written explanation may be provided upon request. You may request copies of the
documents we used to conduct the investigation of your transaction.

What you should do if you want to cancel a money transfer:

You have the right to cancel your transaction and get a refund of your money, including fees, as long as
you request the cancellation within 30 minutes of having made the transaction. To cancel, you must
contact us at 1-888-534-8441.
When you contact us, you must provide us with the above information, which will help us identify your
transaction. We will refund your money within three business days of your request to cancel, unless the
funds have been collected by the beneficiary or deposited into the beneficiary account.
