Job Purpose
This individual will be primarily responsible for the product, content, sales, operations and marketing of the Company’s digital applications, with the aim of growing the Company’s online presence.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the product, content, sales, operations and marketing of the Company’s applications, with the aim of selling digital money transfers and other relevant digital products in the future.
  • Supervise the planning, development and implementation of money transfer products for web, tablet and mobile applications.
  • Work with each department of the Company to evaluate the impact that each department has regarding the products of the application.
  • Develop the time tables of the life cycle and the next version, organize efforts to complete the objectives set.
  • Generate image strategies for the launch of digital products within the established budget.
  • Work with Marketing team in Puebla to design and implement coordinating marketing strategies for all product delivery channels, e.g. brick and mortar operations and digital operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Five (5) years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the development, launch and/or ongoing operation of an App.
  • Reporting Skills, Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal Communication.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  • Ability to travel for short business trips.
