Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in person, for check cashing and money transfer services
- Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times
- Balance cash drawer in accordance with procedures
- Cross-sell money services
- Assist Branch Manager in team building and problem solving
- Perform all duties professionally and within the company quality service standards, including maintaining customer confidentiality
- Successfully complete all applicable compliance training
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and write in Spanish (is a must)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy
- Computer, telephone knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

- Answer phone calls.
- Process customer orders, professionally and follow our Quality policy
- Assure necessary documents for order processing.
- Enter customer correct information and requests.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Transfer calls to corresponding department as needed.
- Route incoming faxes to corresponding department.
- Enter complaints into the company system.
- Confirm orders assigned by State.
- Request cancelation of orders.
- Comply with our phone greeting and Quality policy
- Understanding and ability to explain the different statuses of an order.
- Check the department queue for calls on hold.
- Ability to manage a difficult customer or agency.
- Meet with monthly transaction productivity
- Respect company policies in place
