These TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONAL CODES (“Promo Code Terms”) govern the use and redemption of promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) offered through InterCambio Express, Inc. app (the “App”). By applying or redeeming a Promo Code, users (“you”) agree to be bound by these Promo Code Terms, as well as the App’s Terns of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Promo Codes may be issued by InterCambio Express, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”) as part of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, or other promotional activities. Each Promo Code is subject to the specific terms stated in its accompanying offer and to these general Promo Code Terms.

Eligibility

Registered Users. Promo Codes are available exclusively to registered users of the App who maintain an active account in good standing. Unregistered users must create an account to be eligible to redeem a Promo Code.

Loyalty Program Enrollment. To redeem a Promo Code, you must be enrolled in the applicable loyalty program. If you are not already enrolled, you will be prompted to review and accept the Loyalty Program’s Terms and Conditions during the checkout. Upon completion of the transaction, your enrollment in the Loyalty Program will be automatically activated.

Compliance. Eligibility for Promo Codes may be subject to additional criteria as specified in the promotional offer. We reserve the right to verify user eligibility and to decline or cancel any Promo Code redemption that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions for Promotional Codes or the terms of the specific promotional offer.

Promo Code Use

Usage Restrictions. Promo Codes are valid only for the promotion described in the accompanying offer and may not be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated. Each Promo Code is single-use and non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the user to whom it was issued.

Application Timing. Promo Codes must be entered and applied during the checkout process. They cannot be applied to transactions that have already been completed or processed.

Validity Period

Promo Codes are valid only for the promotional period specified in the accompanying offer. Once a Promo Code has expired, it cannot be redeemed, and no extensions will be granted. The Company is not responsible for lost, expired, or misused Promo Codes.

Limitations

As previously mentioned, Promo Codes may be subject to additional criteria and/or restrictions, including but not limited to use on specific products, services, or customer segments, as detailed in the promotional offer. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promo Code at any time without prior notice.

Returns and Refunds

If a transaction in which a Promo Code was applied is refunded, the Promo Code will not be reissued. Any free or discounted items received as part of a promotion must be returned along with the original purchase to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed in accordance with the App’s standard return policy.

Data Collection and Privacy

By redeeming a Promo Code, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the App’s Privacy Policy. This data may be used to personalize offers, enhance loyalty program benefits, and improve your overall experience. Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties.

Agreement to the Terms

By applying or redeeming a Promo Code, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions for Promotional Codes, as well as the App’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your Agreement is confirmed by selecting an “I Agree” checkbox or similar option before the Promo Code can be applied.

No Cash Value

By applying a Promo Code, you understand and agree that it holds no cash value and shall not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation.

Key Disclaimers

Taxes. If you win a prize or receive a promotional reward, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or other government-imposed charges related to that prize or reward.

Fees and Charges. You understand and agree that discounts applied through Promo Codes apply only to the price of eligible products or services. Additional costs, including taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees, are your responsibility and are not included in the Promo Code discount.

General Disclaimer. Promo Codes are provided for promotional purposes only. The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues with users’ devices, networks, or third-party services.
